Setting Up Your Twitter Account
- 1.
- Click on "Settings" in the upper right hand corner of the Desktop.

- A Settings Box will pop up. In the middle of the box there is a tab that says "Add Twitter Account". Click on it.

- A message will appear asking you to Login. Click Login.
- 4.
- When you click on the "Login" button, a browser window will open and you will be asked to Allow StockTwits Desktop Access to your Twitter Account. Click on Allow.
- 5.
- After you click on Allow you will see a pin number pop up. Copy that number.
- 6.
- Once you have the number copied, go back to the StockTwits Desktop and either paste or type it in the appropriate box above the "Verify Pin" button. Then click "Verify Pin".
- 7.
- You will receive a confirmation message saying that your Twitter account has been added. Click "OK" and close out the settings window.
Importing Your Twitter Friends

- Click on the People Button on the upper left hand corner of the desktop.
- 2.
- Select the "Find onTwitter" tab and click on the "Get a list of Twitter Friends" button.
- 3.
- It will take a minute to load up your Twitter Friends that are signed up to StockTwits Desktop. Select the ones you wish to follow and click "Follow Users".
Below, we will walk through how to add your Twitter Friends Timeline and your @reply streams in StockTwits Desktop.
Adding Your Twitter Friends Timeline

- Click on the red "Add Streams" button on the upper left hand corner of the desktop.

- A menu of streams will pop up. Locate the Twitter Friends Timeline icon and click the "Add" button below it.
Adding Your @reply Stream

- Click on the red "Add Streams" button on the upper left hand corner of the desktop.
